Woke up this morning and the anxiety was real, gave myself a shake and decided I could do it or at least try my best to. Buzzing is not the word..... I did it and it felt great. Happy, happy, happy!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Thanks AlMorr will definitely watch out for tomorrow's run.

Thats hubby in the picture with me, he has been supporting me from the beginning. Think he also prefers I run with someone as my heart attack was only 5 months ago, he has been my rock.
