Never ever ever thought Iβd be able to post this. Way back on 21st May my face on the app was π today itβs π€£. So excited and proud. Still had to talk to myself sternly to get out. Hot sweaty and the dreadful first 10 minutes then the rhythm sets in and on I go. Tried to go a bit slower to make sure I really did finish. But pace still under 10/km according to Strava. Some stretching and now sitting in the sun feeling very pleased with myself. This forum definitely helped. So thank you all.
Onwards and upwards. Consolidation here I come on Wednesday!

I never thought I would be able to run for 30 minutes. Iβve done it once, so twice more and Iβll be following you into consolidation. I think they should give us over 60s a special prize! π
It is a special achievement as weβre over 60! Secretly though wish Iβd done this years ago. But as the cliche goes you canβt put an old head on young shoulders. So just trying to keep shoulders and the rest of me as young and healthy as possible for as long as possible.
Good luck with your last two runs. I shall be looking out for your posts. Go girl. π
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π ππΎ π
