Wow wow wow, can't remember the last time I jogged for 20 mins, after about 12 mins I really wanted to stop felt like I had nothing left, then out of nowhere after about 16 mins I got a second wind, I was telling myself come on only a few mins left, finished it big smile on my face, admittedly it was the slowest jog so far, but didn't stop can't wait for week 6

Just completed week 6, run 1 and trust me you will kill it. That 20min run is hard, but now you have done it you know it is within reach.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 which you will like but be careful regarding going back to interval walks and runs of week 6 runs 1 and 2 after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
