It feels like a big ask to do that run doesn’t it? But then your legs respond to that big ask by replying ‘oh, okay then’, and you complete it. Massive well done!
So much of that leap is mental, as the previous runs have all prepared you physically.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, you gave yourself a extra two minutes of running, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 22 minutes that you have just ran. 😊 🏃🏾
