Just wanted to pop in here and say I went for a run/jog with my brother yesterday morning - I was nervous as hell being the slow coach I am but it was such good fun as I kept it consistent and managed to keep going longer than bro as he thought it was gonna be easy. So glad of the c25k for what it teaches you! Really enjoying running with others and my current goals are 3 30min runs a week or 2 45mins ones. What’s peoples thoughts on this?
I want to run 6 miles a week (for now) but need to fit it into a hectic schedule

Sounds great for a little while, but if you get bored, you might want to try varying the length of your runs, so one run can be 30 minutes, one run a bit shorter but you could maybe try increasing speed, running intervals or something, and one run maybe a little longer, maybe 40 minutes or a 5k.
Lovely to hear your progress! Sounds like you are really enjoying your new hobby! 👌 sounds like a good plan. I managed another 5k today, so I've decided to do 3 runs a week - 2 x 30 mins and 1 x 5k run for a few weeks and then going to look at starting either the bridge to 10k or 60 mins.
Yeyyyyy I'm right behind ya!.. i went for my first consolidation run today!..... I'm intending to do 3 x 30 mins a week... will drop to 2 x 30 mins a week if my back of my legs feel a bit niggly but either way its an hour or an hour and a half more exercise than i used to do and I'm loving it!... Rewarded myself with some running socks and a running belt - graduation goodies
Keep it up. I’m doing my consolidation runs, this is my second week. Last week I did 3 x 30 min runs. This week I’m going to do 2 x 30 mins and one 5k.
