Well the spinal surgery has happened the consultant tells me it was successful. I am waiting to go home now to recover, just the small matter of moving house now! Hubby has been moving stuff while I’ve been in here loafing about, next weekend is the big move I will be directing but no lifting or handling. I had got to w4r2 about 5 weeks ago so I’ve got to sort a new route the go back to the beginning and see how I get on. Only time will tell. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

After any major surgery it is worth taking it easy and gently reacquainting your body with running.

Take care.

Well, you've had an eventful c25k! Wishing you a speedy recovery and a stress-free house move. If there is such a thing. Don't try to rush your return to running, it will wait for you 😊
