Hi all have just done run 1 week 3 there is a difference between 90 seconds and 3 minutes lol 😄. Managed it without stopping but slow and steady so pleased but early days. Still not losing weight but am losing few inches but not very fast. Oh well onwards and upwards 😓xx

You’re doing fab - I’ve always lost weight before by diet alone. This time with added in running I’ve not lost more but my body shape is definitely more “compact” so do wonder about the fat/muscle thing so don’t worry too much about the number on the scale, do what you’re doing; measure inches!

With you, Lovedobby. You are quite right, it is. 👍🏃🏻‍♀️As for the weight...we are not really running enough to trigger much weight loss yet.
