Yayyy finally did it! So pleased and feel a great sense of achievement to complete my W9R3. Not gonna lie it was a little hard again at the begin knees shins aching but once I got past that it wasn’t too bad. Think I need a new pair of trainers now though! Good luck to all those who are either starting midway or at the end of C25K keep it up you’ll get there. If I can do it so can you. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

+1 from me, 18 months ago I was 21 stone and got out of breath running a bath! This morning I did a shade over 6k in 40 minutes, so I can state with some certainty that it works!

Wow well done you. I’m certainly going to keep it up. Not got this far to just give up.

Graduated!!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ well done!

It’s such an achievement!

I graduated just yesterday and we had the best time ever!

We had a little party on here - or at least it felt like that!

Treat yourself! - new running shoes sound perfect! πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

Well done on graduating too. A party sounds fun! I’m having a wine or two tonight to celebrate. Lol. Yes a new pair of running shoes are needed if I intend to keep this up!

Whoopee!.. Well done!... such a fab achievement! :-) You must be so chuffed!

I graduated yesterday too - and had shameless celebrations at the finish line as the photos show!.. We had Fizz and popped the cork as soon as we crossed!....

I know what you mean re the niggly legs/shins.... My back and my legs weren't the best Thursday - I had ice packs on my legs as had read it is good for them...

See you in the consolidations?.. :-)

ps. Treat yourself to a pair of running shoes - they really do make all the difference!...
