What trainers would you recommend for flat feet?

Hi,

You would need to get a gait analysis done at a running shop and then they could recommend shoes for you 🙂

To be honest it’s for my son who has flat feet, not a running and has dyspraxia effects his gait. Insoles provided by nhs aren’t great. OT did recommend new balance years and years and I was just talking out loud as to what flat feet runnings would use.

I also have mild dyspraxia and flat feet. General footwear vionics are really good. For running I have a support/stability trainer
