Week 7 Run 2

Should have done this run on Wednesday but was feeling rubbish so just got to it today. I thought I was the slowest runner ever but discovered today that I’m capable of going even slower!😥 Legs felt like planks of wood for the first 5 minutes but gradually got back into a rhythm. So relieved when Laura said I was halfway and I could turn round and the wind was behind me - Tiree’s eternal ‘breeze’ isn’t my friend right now. Anyway, got to the last minute and managed to make my wee legs speed up very slightly for the final minute. 😊

I have runs like this all the time. My legs sometimes feel like concrete haha! Don't let it faze you. You still ran, you didn't stop and that's another run in the bag! Well done you 🙌
