Oh my!! So I go for my run earlier in the sunshine ☀️ a glorious morning! I was finding this run hard but was determined to persevere as you do! I’m almost done (23.5 minutes done) & I have to stop as I feel sick 🤢 I was a little, so I decided to finish walking the last minute! Any tips? I think it may have been too hot or I was pushing myself too much 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t want this to put me off 😐

I think we’ve all had good and bad runs, don’t get me wrong, I’ve never actually 🤮 but I have felt exhausted. If you’ve completed W6R3 and W7R1 you have proved you can do it, so if it was me I’d move onto R3, prep really well with rest, food, water and sleep - and then go smash it! I know you can do it!!

I suspect a combination of all of them. We’re you well hydrated? You need to drink plenty of water every day, not just on run days. You might well also have been trying to push it too hard - keep it really really slow and if you feel as though things are getting too much, slow down some more! A hat to shade your face might help - even in the early mornings it can be pretty hot when the sun comes up! Better luck next time out!
I’ve just got back from my 3rd consolidation run and it was so hard because of the heat. Keep going you are almost there 😊
