7th Consolidation Run - short and easy

First half was harder (maybe due to 3 days rest?) but second half was easier than ever before. I ran my old C25k route which I know now very well and provides me with a ‘running comfort blanket’.

My pace was slightly better than before, so my last long run (60minutes!) probably helped with my speed in this shorter run.

Also, my knees feel stronger due to Str & Fl.

Of course the most important thing was the new use of a very old, refound Tennis headband, so no sweat in eyes anymore!

All good. 👍🏽✔️💪🐢

Brilliant well done you. Great idea re headband ! Yes there is comfort in sticking to the same route. I def find the second 15min easier !! It’s psychological I think !
