Finally!

Week 7 was definitely the hardest weeks I’ve had. It just took everything out of me. My calves were the worst hit. But I kept going. Looking forward to week 8 and trying to get some more distance. Seems impossible but surely it will happen!

Well done for completing Week 7, it’s a tough one, to be sure! Maybe you will be ready to increase distance, but the main objective has to be to complete every run, regardless of pace or distance! I have to keep telling myself that, too - I’m keen to speed up, but I may be pushing myself just a little too hard. I ran 3.1 K this morning on W8 R1 ( I really, really wanted to get 3K under my belt) but I think for R2 I’m going to try and keep it steadier. I don’t want to mess it up now!

That’s what I fear. Pushing myself too hard.

Maybe it’s not your time to push yet, be patient ! And tell me to practise what I preach 😂

The course teaches you how to run, you shouldn't thinking about speeding up yet, you can try that after you complete the course.

Find a slow pace and stick with it for now.

Take care and keep it going. 😊

Thank you! Good luck for the rest of the week. I promised myself a reward for the end of the week.

Great job... only two tiny steps up to that podium. Don’t worry about distance/pace yet... they will come in time.
