Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5 of C25K, onwards and upwards to run 3 which is a milestone run with the program, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾.

I did not want to tell you that which I did not, however, take that 20 minute run slower than you have been running recently, the program has prepared you for it, good luck, slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K 👍 🏃🏾.

I read it on a post I commented on , scared me silly! But to be honest I will just walk a bit if I get breathless, I’m not on a clock and no one cares bar me lol x bring it on Wednesday!

Honestly you’ll love it. Slow down a bit more than usual and you will surprise yourself. My favourite run of the programme

Try not to walk at all on the only running parts such as run 3 of week 5 and most of the only running parts in future weeks, run at a pace that won't make you breathless. 😊 🏃🏾

Go runner, go! Well done!! You did it!!

The next run will be just fine.... as AlMorr advised, just slow it right down.. you'll surprise yourself.

Have a beautiful day x

When can I shed my training wheels?!

I wondered when you think a runner goes from being considered a ‘beginner runner’ or ‘new runner’...

Should I be pushing myself harder?

Was speaking to a proper runner yesterday and have been told that I am not pushing myself enough....
