I’m new here, I’m on week 7, thought I’d try this community to help push me further, I haven’t been tracking my time or distance and a friend suggested using strava so am going to try it running at same time as couch to 5k., now that I’m running for 25 mins.

Hi!!! Well I’m in my running gear but have spent far too long trying to figure out strava and signing up here, that I haven’t gone out yet!!! So I’ll be leaving as soon as I’ve finished this message ! I couldn’t figure out how to get the free version but done it now. I’ll show my boys this too, I love showing off my progress but they don’t seem that bothered! It’s a big deal to me though! Right I’m off 🏃🏻♀️
