π₯³ Iβve done it! C25K completed. Iβm absolutely over the moon.
I started my journey on 24th April and honestly thought I might make it to week 3 then give up. After my first two weeks I had to take a rest week as I hurt my knee. I then redid week 2. I remember during that rest week feeling so keen to get back out and keep going.
When I completed my final run today, I burst into tears π. I just felt so emotional and proud of myself for getting this far. Iβve gone from someone who struggles to get up in the morning to jumping out of bed on run days, excited to get out there.
This forum has is fantastic and given me some much needed guidance and support.
Lastly, I would like to say a massive thank you to HennieR62. We connected on one of her posts fairly early on and have checked in with each other after every run since. Thats given me the extra motivation to get out the door.
Going to celebrate my graduation by getting my haircut ππ»ββοΈ. What a great day!
