Everyone started at Week 1
For me, I remember it well.
I found all the 3 runs difficult on that first week .
But I also found I loved the feeling of achievement when I completed them .
I hope (no, I will !) Complete week 7 today and never in a million years did I think I would take to this, but I think I am now addicted 😂🏃

I’m a newbie too and I had to repeat week 1 three times 🤦♀️
1st time didn’t feel ready for week 2 so I repeated it, then I injured my back and ankle so had to have 3 weeks rest to heal. Started up again last week so did week 1 again to ease in slowly lol. Just finished the 1st run of week 2 - I’m hoping to make it to the end this time lol.
Well done on getting started. As you go along you will find some runs harder and others easier, often unexpectedly, but just keep going take extra rest days if you need them and keep checking in on here for lots of motivation and support. Make sure you drink plenty of water every day, including non run days, and if a run is tough slow down (it’s always possible to slow down even when you think you’re already going slow) and you will be surprised how quickly you progress
