First post graduation goal achieved - but tough going

So got out early this morning to get my 9th 30min run under my belt. Lovely morning but not an easy run. I seemed to have aches and niggles everywhere. While running I worked out that I don’t think I hydrated enough yesterday. Went to the office for the first time in 3.5 months and was out of routine! Staying at home again today - safest option all round!

Feel I’m going backwards at the moment so definitely moving onto a new goal. Going to try roseabi’s bridging plan. Don’t know if I want to get to 10k but definitely know I need to do something different and I can decide in time. It’s time to leave Jo Whiley behind. I’ll miss her.

⭐️ Congratulations on reaching your first goal Fabat50! ⭐️

Setting new goals will help you to keep moving forward. I'm enjoying roseabi's plan. The variety of the runs keeps me interested and I achieved my first 5k during my long run last week. Come and see us on the bridge 😊🏃‍♀️.
