Wow! I actually managed it! And didn't feel too bad thanks to the advice about taking the runs nice and slow. Also feel like my breathing has improved. I don't really have to think too much about trying to breath now, its more natural. Legs still take a bit of warming up before the lose the tight/stiff feeling but once I'm into the run they feel much better.

The tight/stiff legs definitely get better over time😊up until about week 5 my calves would be so stiff and they would seize up as soon as I stopped running!! I’m on week 7 now and it doesn’t seem to happen anymore🤞😊

Well done! Feels amazing when you complete something you never thought you would huh.

I've got my w4 3r tomorrow and am more confident that I can do it after completing w4 r2 yesterday. Each one builds confidence.x

Yeah it really pushes you to keep going when you achieve something that your didn't think you could do. Good luck for run 3 and well done! 😁🏃‍♀️
