Needed to be out early today. It was blowing a gale, torrential rain joined in, but, thanks to the many positive posts I read yesterday, I dug deep and YES I did the full 25 minutes. Over the moon ... can’t believe the transformation that is happening 😊

Huge well done you!!! That is a fantastic start to your day.

The lovely longer runs are here... relax and head into them, slow and steady; stay safe and have a super Sunday :)

Thank you. I’m not speedy but that’s for the future: it’s completing each session which I’m focusing on. Have had ups and few downs to this point, but today was definitely a high point. You have a good day too. 😊

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 after a day off running. 😊

Isn't it an amazing feeling 😃 here you are, a runner, after just a few weeks of perseverance on this brilliant programme! Onwards and upwards, bet that 30 min goal looks a bit more achievable right now eh!

Yes it certainly does. I’m amazed at how I’ve managed to get so far. The programme is successfully changing how I feel about exercise!

Me too, I went from hating exercise to loving it!! Weird eh 😂

Hey congrats! I also did W6R3 today - my first tourist run and apart from being unable to find anywhere remotely flat, I am SOooo happy to have completed 25 mins!

Truly life changing - keep in touch as we go into the final third!!

Well done you👍, I am tending to run in the road (cycle lane if there is one and If I’m out before the traffic) as the pavements are invariably damaged and uneven which allows me to look up rather than my feet. It is quite hard for me to find enjoyable routes that don’t have too many gradients too. Just think if you are running with them, you are building lung capacity!!! 😂

Not what you're looking for?
