Consolidation struggles

So I graduated 4 weeks ago and the first 2 weeks I managed to keep up with running 3 times a week I changed the times and pace but the past 2 weeks what's a struggle I have moved and got new job so been so busy but it's no excuse.

How do I get back into it? I feel without the schedule of the app I'm lacking motivation.

Any other apps people have used that they found have worked for them? I am using run keeper to track workout but just not the same.

I have felt like that lately. Seems like it’s getting harder! Don’t forget the weather is probably getting slightly warmer too! Don’t beet your self up about it though. Remember what Laura says...... a bad run is better than no run 😊

Make yourself a plan or redo the plan but with fast and slow intervals instead of walk/running. I made a plan and managed to get to 12 weeks altogether. I have been poorly this week but am hoping to start the ‘Magic plan’ and get to 10k

Hi, I’ve just completed my 4th week of consolidation runs and still listen to Micheal in wk9 C25K as it really keeps me motivated to get up and go at 7.15am 3x week!

Plan plan plan and get ya trainers on- you can do this!

I am 3 weeks on from graduation and have done 6 consolidation runs, 2 a week. I prefer 2 days of rest as a minimum to protect my joints and that works for me. I've been listening to my own music since graduation but I do miss the motivating comments so next time I am going back to Laura on Week 9.

Eventually I will use the C25k+ podcasts to improve my speed and stamina as currently I run just over 4k so my goal is still to run the full 5k.
