So I graduated 4 weeks ago and the first 2 weeks I managed to keep up with running 3 times a week I changed the times and pace but the past 2 weeks what's a struggle I have moved and got new job so been so busy but it's no excuse.
How do I get back into it? I feel without the schedule of the app I'm lacking motivation.
Any other apps people have used that they found have worked for them? I am using run keeper to track workout but just not the same.
