Third attempt at Couch to 5k. Other things (abysmal weather/ travel of work) always got in the way of the first two. Combination of stopping work and lockdown changed my mindset. I am 62, not a natural runner but after 9 weeks, I want to carry on!
Sometimes it seemed a struggle and my legs felt leaden but Jo’s keep on running mantra worked.
Amazing programme. It gently and cleverly draws you to the last phase of running for 30 minutes.
