I posted asking for your classic album tracks to create a new Spotify play list. From the C25K beyonders group on Facebook and others we have the following playlist live on Spotify.
If you want your track to go on, the please reply here and I’ll add it in. We’ve got about 90 minutes of good thumping classics..., but a few more minutes wouldn’t hurt
Can't access that link at all Hidden - I'm older, so don't worry if you don't want to add this, (especially as I usually listen to audible stories while running now), but I'm suggesting Beach Boys, Surfin' USA...
Excellent playlist Jan, it has gone live, I listened to it when running, I'll tell you a little secret, I tend to listen to all your playlists including the latest when I go walks rather than running but yesterday Wednesday 1st June I ran my longest ever run, an 11K with your music from Retro Runners, Classic Album Tracks and enjoyed all of the music throughout the run.
I had almost finished my run yesterday when my favourite running track came on which is the 1966 hit by the Spencer Davies Group 'Keep on running' I only had about 300 metres to go until I completed that 11K, that track is also on another of your running Spotify playlists which I requested around 18 months ago.
I started jotting down ideas for my personal playlist in anticipation of my graduation.
As I only graduated this morning I've not compiled it yet, but likely 70s-80s candidates for inclusion on my list are below. It's a braindump, I'm certainly not expecting you to include them!
Hi Cmoi - I’ve done some 60s 70s 80s and 90s sounds plus many other daft ones like colours and so on. Have a look here and you’ll find lots of playlists dedicated to C25Kers and it may save you some time on compiling too!
I love this playlist some really good tunes and I’m going to use it tomorrow morning. Would 2nd Law Isolated System be considered retro - it’s 2012 but is an amazing tune so could this be added?
