Does anyone wear On Cloudflow trainers? And do you have to go up half a shoe size?

Hi, I am looking at buying some new trainers now I am running further distances. I did an online foot assessment (am isolating so can't go into a shop) and it has recommended the On Cloudflow for me. I love the look of them (particularly the rose ones), but was wondering if anyone else has tried them? Did you go up half a size as they advise on the website? And are they comfortable/supportive? Thanks for your help :)

If you are new to running and don't know whether your feet swell when running longer distances, then it is definitely advisable to go up at least a half size. Some people go as much as two sizes bigger, since fitting varies from manufacturer to manufacturer......as do our feet.

Thanks for the advice 😊 The furthest I have run so far is 6km and I haven’t noticed any swelling so far, but I am working towards a 10k so will definitely go up at least half a size
