Does anyone wear On Cloudflow trainers? And do you have to go up half a shoe size?

Hi, I am looking at buying some new trainers now I am running further distances. I did an online foot assessment (am isolating so can't go into a shop) and it has recommended the On Cloudflow for me. I love the look of them (particularly the rose ones), but was wondering if anyone else has tried them? Did you go up half a size as they advise on the website? And are they comfortable/supportive? Thanks for your help

If you are new to running and don't know whether your feet swell when running longer distances, then it is definitely advisable to go up at least a half size. Some people go as much as two sizes bigger, since fitting varies from manufacturer to manufacturer......as do our feet.

Thanks for the advice 😊 The furthest I have run so far is 6km and I haven’t noticed any swelling so far, but I am working towards a 10k so will definitely go up at least half a size
