So just got home from my first day back at work and have to say I’ve got a very silly grin on my face. I’ve lost count of how many of my colleagues asked me today if I’d lost weight. Now I haven’t actively been trying to diet, in fact my eating habits during furlough were quite the opposite, cakes and sweets galore 😳😂. So any change has simply been down to the running. I had noticed some change in my body shape, but not significant enough that others would notice, feeling quite chuffed to say the least ☺️

That’s brilliant 😀 I definitely think I’ve toned up with the running- I wish I’d done measurements at beginning- but I know it’s true because I dug out an old pair of summer trousers that were too tight last year and this year they are fine!😜
