I’ve only gone and done it!

I did it post covid, 16 days hospitalised and I’ve just run my 3rd outing in week 9. I decided I was going to do the 5k, so I ran for 49:50, so I’m off the pace. But feeling quite pleased with myself and more than that feel so much better, got a spring in my step that I’d lost and also sleeping better. To be continued.
