I am on week 7 of C25K, and Laura says I need to repeat each of the 3 runs 3 times, but the plan on here and the app on my phone only has the 3 runs, I am really confused, how many runs I am doing in week 7.

Just completed run 3 of week 7 after a weeks gap due to the outrageous heat last week!
Really hard to go out today but I need to finish this thing! I never finish anything so I must complete these last two weeks 🤣
@Beakie...That could have been me writing that! I always kick myself that I never complete anything after the novelty wears off, yet here I am at week 7...YET finding the hot weather an “excuse” (fair?) not to run.
But I completed WK7 Run 3 yesterday... and now we can’t use the weather as an excuse not to tackle week 8, can we?? 😁😬🙏🏼
(I’d also just taken a week off, btw)
So week 8 run 1 on Wednesday?! I’ll use anything as an excuse (heat, tiredness, humidity, rain, itchy ankle) but must push on through! Maybe we can get these two week done together with a bit of mutual motivation 😂
In all honesty I just want to learn to like it, then be able to do my local park runs each week (when we are allowed) with another 5k thrown in one day of the week) that shouldn’t be too much to ask I hope 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
Would love to join you, but I am a week behind, I will be rooting for you. I am thinking of doing the same, a park run, never thought I would be saying that, and a friend wants me to do do Race for Life with her next year, so will have to keep this up.

Well done Beakie, how was it? I will be doing it Friday (if I get up early enough) or Saturday morning, also thinking of trying a new route.
It was really ok, I tried not to go too fast, over all it was a little slower than usual, but I did it and I can see a 30 min run on the horizon soon!
