New shoes

Hi. I am looking at getting some new running shoes. I am thinking about Nike Zoom Vomero 13. Does anyone recommend them? So many to choose from 🤔

It’s impossible to recommend a shoe... I can recommend the zoom soles, they’re really comfortable. The best way to find your shoe is to have your gait analysis done in a specialist running shop. Once you’ve done that and know what your running requires from a shoe, there may be a zoom for you, but they will show you several suitable pairs, the most comfortable of which is the best one for you.

There is nowhere local that does gait analysis. I may have to travel to see what I can find. Thanks for your replies.

I completely changed my mind on what I wanted once I'd had the analysis done .

I now have the right ones for me ! 😁
