To be honest after the final week 2 run I never thought it would be possible to complete 3 non stop minutes of running, it really seems to be working. My recovery times appear to be quicker after each run although I do find I’m constantly reminding myself to relax my shoulders and arms during the run, also think I found a nice pace and rhythm. I was questioning whether to do this mornings run and was starting to have doubts, glad I got out there and 👀 forward to run 2! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Well done you. The hardest part of the run sometimes is setting foot over the door step.
