Feeling at ease

Just completed W3R1. A breeze. And in a lovely morning breeze too. Beautiful setting around the University Lake. Swans with signets, Coots with Cootlings??. Etc. Ah bliss. This is much, much easier than I thought it would be. At the end of C25K, I’m planning to use Nike Running. Because of it’s daily structured routes. I’m well and truly hooked.

Take care all and as I say these days, stay safe and well.

Cooties.... apparently:) Gorgeous run anyway, in what sounds to be a great location; terrific well done and do hold that lovely relaxed thought as the runs move you forward:)
