Week one completed. Just need to find my stride so I’m comfortable. Thanks to everyone for the tips and encouragement it is greatly appreciated. X

I finished week 2 amd cannot wait for week 3 to start.

Take it steady and jog slowly so you are still able to breath easy x

Haha I know it is hard 😄 you need to find the pace that you are comfortable with and keep it that way without speeding up - I found that if I do first run REALLY SLOOOW then I don't gasp for breath later when I speed up a bit x
