You just ran for 27 minutes! What's not to like? Maybe you did run a bit further last time, but well done for taking it easier for your comeback run. Whether deliberate or not, intuitively your body just did the sensible thing. Seriously, well done for getting back out there. You have all the time in the world to get back to where you were, don't push or rush, enjoy your runs and you'll keep coming back for more π
