Anyone experienced similar to me? I went on a very low carb, adequate protein (around 100g per day) and high fat diet almost twelve months ago. Didn’t really exercise until beginning C25K two weeks ago. Here’s the point. I’ve found now I’m eating less. The exercise has taken my appetite away. I was already 16/8 intermittent fasting. And I’m finding that on many days, I’m only consuming two meals and no snacks. Maybe it’s because my system is used to burning fat now. So when I’m exercising, I’m burning those fat reserves and not Glucose. It seems to fit with what I’ve found in my research over the last year.
Anyway, it’s brilliant. Lost 3.5 lbs in weight this last week. I had plateaued for some months.
