My fastest (6:35/km) and furthest run (4.3km) yet and I am chuffed!! Hit the halfway mark and questioned my ability to finish as my legs felt very heavy. I dug deep, switched my mindset and ta-da! I had Jo in my ear telling me I was done before I had time to realise I was even near the end!
