Lockdown love affair ( nah not that kind 😉)

Been an on and off affair this running lark since lockdown. But building back up with no goal just running with some enjoyment to keep fitness going. I know in last 5 months and last 12 I’ve managed a 6k, lots of 5ks and loved them but right now I’m enjoying a steady 3k. Iron deficiency a factor but that 20 min red raced run is defo better than couch! Happy running!

Well done you for getting out there. Running is definitely better than the couch( although sometimes not the bed first thing in the morning!!) I struggled getting past 20 minutes of running but this morning managed 37. Still not quite at 5 k but who cares!!!! Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 👍👍👍

I know what you mean about the 20 mins. Shouldn’t be a thing when I’ve done double that many times but right now it seems anything past 20 is a bonus!

Got to bow to the weather, 3k in the heat is worth 6k in the cold!
