A quick 5k after work!

I was planning on starting to increase distance but it’s too warm out there! I ran a consistent 5k, so happy with that! If I can find an igloo, im sleeping in one, tonight! 🧊 🍺 time!

Quick, as always, and in the heat too, well done! Last day of heat for a while, I think, so I’m expecting to see those distances increasing soon (no pressure)!
