Reading here. It's cooled down a bit and I imagine it's nice outside. I just always find it hard to get up and go. Anyways, writing this here to hopefully push me to just leave! To aim for 30 minutes of running.... week 9 run 1....

I understand this sentiment entirely. I spend 30 minutes working out what reason I have not to go and when I can’t think of a really good reason (I understand laying on sofa eating biscuits isn’t a good reason) I drag myself out. And what is always amazing is how good I feel when I eventually start.

This made me laugh... thanks for the commiseration! I feel like I've spelt that incorrectly. I ran at 10.35pm. When it got to 10.30 I was like, I have to just GO .... and Moyes, it definitely feels good after. I wonder if the calm has lasted into today, that would be cool if it was the case.
The support here really helped me actually go. Just knowing there is a community of people here. And I knew that if I wrote this I really would have to go ...
By the way, eating biscuits definitely counts as a reason!!!
