Another long day at work! Quick change & out the door! Didn’t bother setting my 30 minute timer, I just picked a shorter route & ran door to door! Happy with my pace in the heat!
Definitely washed away the stress of the day, or it might of been the buckets of sweat, pouring out of me! ☀️
Well done! The heat is just crazy isn’t it? Not so bad if you were on a sun lounger somewhere, sipping cocktails, but us runners are usually pretty good at fitting in our runs first. Drinks first, running later isn’t such a good idea, as I found to my cost last week!
