Well after my super positive w8r1, I was feeling really good this morning about my 2nd run. Bloody hell did I struggle?! I actually gave up after running 10 mins, my legs were absolutely killing me and felt like I couldn't breathe! I was so mad with myself so I did a few stretches and got back on the treadmill and ran for 20 mins! I know it's not the proper run but feeling a bit better about myself after getting back on.
