bad blisters on both feet

I wish I would listen when my body talks to me!!! Now after W7 R2 I have a huge blister on each foot as my shoes have gone out of shape, just ordered some new ones. Now not sure if to do R3 on Thursday as plan or wait until my new shoes arrive in about 7 days? (they are barefoot shoes same as my old ones) any tips?

People on here have recommended blister plasters. I don’t know anything about barefoot shoes but would certainly recommend getting fitted at a running shop if you can find one that does barefoot shoes

I feel your pain!I managed to get blisters on the balls of my feet during a long walk. Compeed blister plasters are now my best friend! I put them on before a long walk and then I dont feel a thing from existing blisters . . . or get any new ones.
