Am I running abroad???

Wow. Even though I went for my run at 7am this morning (which as a teen, even being up at that time is rare in itself) it was absolutely roasting. Definitely glad I didn’t leave it any later!!

I ran W9 R2 today and had my sister accompany me on her bike but it’s safe to say that a good portion of my energy was used in turning around and attempting to chat with her... not the most productive of runs distance-wise but hopefully my final graduating run will make up for it. Ahhh I get excited even thinking about it!

Brilliant well done nearly there now 😊 I can't do heat so when I woke up at 5 this morning I thought it's now our never 😂

It was a struggle even dragging myself out at 7! In hindsight it may have been slightly cooler a couple of hours earlier though🤣
