Changed my track to a 150bpm from a 160bpm as a friend recommended saying a bit much to start with.... does anyone think that may have been why ?

Yeah most likely because you are going a bit fast than your body can cope with! I have a 155BPM one which is snug in the middle so I can push myself without being too exhausted, I will work up to a 160BPM one when I've completed the programme and I've consolidated for a bit - you could always have a mix of 150-160BPM songs in a playlist if you wanted to have a bit of variety but it's obviously up to you
EDIT: You can repeat the week if you feel don't feel comfortable moving onto week 5, however you might find once you slow down the playlist it will feel more comfortable - or try out the first run fo W5 as a practise run, if you don't complete it - you know you need to do W4 again but if you do then go further on into the programme - good luck!
