Week 5 Run 2 Done and dusted !
and all at silly 6 am !!!
What has happened to me haha, i actually enjoyed it .
not only did i run for 8 minutes without stopping , 5 minutes later i went and did it again to make sure haha.
really starting to enjoy this program , very happy with the progress and Laura was of course right , it's as much about the mental aspect now as the physical .
back home now , warm down stretches done and porridge and prunes finished !
all before 7 am ! π
Looking forward to friday now and also week six on the horizon .
