Feeling Strong!

I was worried about week 5. I felt it would be a make or break week. But after the first run I’m feeling really strong. It didn’t feel easy but I’d felt easier. Looking forward to achieving my fitness goals!

Great job... week 5 is amazing, just reran it myself! You’re stronger and fitter each and every time you go to a start line... in your next run, when the bell rings, that’s (the harder) half of this plan done! How? Clever plan meets determined new runner... impossible becomes challenging... challenges are there to be beaten. Those goals are going to fall one after the other.

Happy running.
