Week 4 Run 1.
Ran with a friend today for the first time. Very fun and nice to catch up and chat during the walks. Had one earbud in listening to Sarah tell us when to walk and run. Worked really well and we had a laugh which was great! Felt like we could have gone further!
Smashed this first run of the week. Left leg was a bit tender. Calf very stiff although manageable, but I didn't feel it in my shins at all which is brilliant!
The pace during the runs was around 6min/km so still on track for the 30min 5km.
