Ok so not been on here last week was so busy with my last assignment and finishing uni that i didnt have time for anything, but think my legs were probably grateful for the extra week off to be fair! Finally got my gait analysis done and told i have a really good gait so at least i know it not how i run that caused any problems! Went out for a run this morning with my faithful running companion of course πππΌββοΈ felt a couple of little stings but didnt last and getting a blister from my new trainers π¬ but apart from that i feel π₯΅ Great π lol love that after run feeling... Ive missed it so much β€οΈ couple of streachers before and after. I froze a water bottle which i rolled up and down when i got back too and now sat with a bag of ice for a bit of cold therapy.... Its good to be back, i will be smiling all day now.
i'm good but can't say the same for my legs. Been sat at computer a lot this week and don't think my legs like it. Went on a walk yesterday mostly uphill and legs were stinging so decided to turn back only to find going back down was very painful, so don't think I will be attempting any more runs for a while, but I am determind that once they well enough to get back to it even if it means back to square one totally.
Love the new trainers.. and well done for getting back to it.. Hope you donβt have any twinges or soreness this morning and hope you woke up still smiling..π
