Week 5 Run 1

A lovely sunny day, what a great day to be alive and running!

I jumped on the treadmill and set off on a brisk walk while sorting the C25K app and Spotify out. Music first then Laura.

The three 5 minute runs seemed to fly by. Slow steady pace, heartrate never went above 150, average for the entire run 127 bpm.

Garmin recovery time 16 hours, Training effort 2.7 (Maintaining).

How I feel: AMAZING!

My ankle seems to be holding up quite well, 33 miles on the bike last week and the 3 runs of week 4 and nothing, not even a twinge.

Bring on Wednesday, 2x 8 minute runs.

Happy running everyone!
