Have done the NHS post 5k stepping stones and speed sessions and am about to do Stamina next. The speed runs are shorter than 30 mins so need to get back to the longer run before i forget how to do that!

Don't worry! You won't forget how to do it 🙂

For such a long time I wouldn't allow myself a short run, for fear of getting into the habit of short runs. When I eventually started the Magic 10 plan over on the Bridge to 10k forum, I had to mix up my run lengths - what a joy! Keep it fresh. The three extra podcasts are a good way to mix things up - you'll probably be running harder which will make up for the slightly shorter time anyway.

If you really can't stop worrying about it - just add a few minutes gentle running on to the end of the podcast. Remember, you are in control 😀. It's your choice. Have fun.
