Well done you! It doesn't matter how long it takes you to get there or how far you manage to run, the main thing is you stuck with it and you graduated! First things first head over to the June 2020 graduation badge post part 2 to get your well deserved graduation badge next to your name. Then have a look at the June consolidation club post and the what next post. For now you should aim to consolidate your running with 3x30 minute runs a week enjoying yourself, trying new routes and embedding that habit. Remember to still have rest days. There isn't a follow on app as such but there are couch to 5k + podcasts for speed and stamina. I'm 3 consolidation runs in and starting to enjoy it now so keep on going and most of all be PROUD of yourself!
Well done! it has taken me 10 weeks to get to the end of week 8 and for some reason I cannot explain I seem to be putting off starting week 9. My excuses, one day I did a very long walk so needed time to recover, had a social day without eating a proper meal, just snacking, so didn't feel healthy enough to run. Finished week 8 on Tuesday so I had to go for a run this morning but kind of knew I wouldn't be up to 30 minutes, so I aimed for 20 and ran it quite fast for me, but that was enough. No more excuses, Tuesday will be week 9 run 1!
