Week 5 Run 1 😊

Yesterday I wrote a post of despair. I didn’t know whether to repeat week 4 as I found it so hard. But I decided to push on and completed W5R1. It didn’t feel as bad as I feared. The real sense of achievement came when I ran all the way around a field that I could only run a small section of in week one 😊. I’m not looking forward to the rest of the week but this run has given me more confidence that I can do it!

You can do it!!! The fact that you said W5R1 wasn't as hard as you feared shows you're getting stronger. We all have good days and bad days. I graduated in march and am now doing B210k and worrying I can't run for 60 minutes 😱 but like you I have days that show anything is possible. Trust in the program and all will be well. You are doing greatπŸƒπŸƒ

You can do this you just need to stay slow and ignore your demons.

Why are you not looking forward to the rest of the week?

Do you not want to be able to run for 20 minutes and ultimately 30 minutes?

Be positive and relish the challenge, don't fear it.......what is the worst that can happen?

This breakdown of W5 may help you put it into perspective healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.
